2. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Refund Policy for Legal Guidance Services

Requests for a full refund of fees for legal guidance services must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the first scheduled consultation. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. After the initial consultation, no refunds are provided as professional time has been reserved and services commenced. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule at no additional fee, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

2.2 Refund Policy for Informational Products

You may request a refund for informational products within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.

2.3 Refund Policy for Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact Customer Support. Refunds for returned goods will be processed upon receipt and inspection and issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3. No-Refund Exception

Any custom or bespoke documentation drafted by RealNotis at your request is not eligible for a refund once delivery has occurred, as these materials are tailored to your specific situation and cannot be reused.

4. Rescheduling Services

You may reschedule any scheduled legal guidance session provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee or may not be accommodated.
